Newark, NJ is Project Overlooked's focus area. As a partner on many projects, the city of Newark has support our work including our community garden. Project Overlooked provides several services, addressing the unique needs of Newark residents.

Newark Airport is an important community partner of OC's Project Overlooked. As a contracted partner, we receive donations of food that we distribute to area food panties.

Project Overlooked's Garden Tote Program teaches people the importance of knowing how to grow food and provides access to food by giving people the tools to grow healthy food indoors. It is a great project for the whole family and increases food security. 

We are committed to raising awareness and access to financial security tools, information and opportunities

We provide unique volunteer opportunities including court ordered community service, high school credit and volunteer time off
